1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing the services of Pure Pressure Cleaning, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Pure Pressure Cleaning, LLC provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, and concrete cleaning. All services are performed to the best of our ability using industry-standard equipment and cleaning solutions.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Prior to our arrival and during the service, the customer agrees to:
- Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and sealed.
- Clear the work area of any fragile items, outdoor furniture, vehicles, or potted plants.
- Provide access to a working exterior water spigot.
- Keep children and pets inside during the cleaning process and until the area is fully dry.
- Inform us of any pre-existing damage, loose siding, unsealed windows, or delicate materials prior to the start of the job.
4. Liability and Damages
While we take every precaution to protect your property, Pure Pressure Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for:
- Water intrusion due to faulty or unsealed windows, doors, or siding.
- Pre-existing damage, including but not limited to loose siding, chipped paint, or deteriorated wood.
- Damage to plants or vegetation caused by cleaning solutions, despite our best efforts to protect and dilute them.
- Removal of deep stains, such as heavy rust, oil, or artillery fungus, which may not be fully removable without damaging the underlying surface.
5. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. The final price may be adjusted if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered upon arrival. We will communicate any necessary price adjustments before proceeding with the work.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Because our services are weather-dependent, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions.
